The masterclasses for Jewellery Arabia, Bahrain, are always small, cosy and hands-on. The first half of the session is an informative lecture with jewellery photography tips, followed by hands-on experience where the students can apply an acquired knowledge on practice.
It was a great pleasure to hold a masterclass “How to Photograph Jewellery“ for IJL 2018. I was happy to see so many people coming. We were a bit tight on the seats, so people ended up standing and even sitting on the floor.
I am extremely happy to announce the new book – GEMOLOGUE: Street Jewellery Styles & Styling Tips – is now ready for pre-order on Amazon. It’s the first book of its kind solely dedicated to jewellery. Launched in April 2018, it is an instant classic with jewellery lovers everywhere.
The book is a photographic odyssey of Liza’s jewellery travels and discoveries, featuring inspirational and eye-catching photographs by me and Liza herself. It’s a photographic collection of jewellery street style, together with GEMOLOGUE tips on styling your jewellery.
I’m also very proud to be part of the ACC Publishing family, a world leading publisher with a 50-year heritage, who are known for their critically acclaimed books on jewellery from Van Cleef & Arpels, the Christie’s jewellery archive and the London jewellers, Wartski.
Please join Julia Flit for a one-and-a-half hour seminar on how to photograph jewellery, brought to you by GEMOLOGUE. The seminar will take place at 12 o’clock on 22nd of November at La Fontaine Centre for Contemporary Art, Manama, Bahrain.
Eye-catching, high-quality photography is an important and powerful tool to create desire within potential customers to purchase your jewellery.
